Who these terms are for

These terms are between Sacramento Labs and the repair shop using Lantern, not the shop's customers. A customer's relationship is with their own shop.

What the shop is responsible for

• Having permission to install Lantern on each computer
• Telling their customers what it collects, which the privacy policy describes
• Everything done under their account

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly on the number of active devices. Deactivating a device frees its slot immediately.

Availability

Lantern is offered as-is while in development.
